If you are a dentist looking to refer a patient with particular requirements that you think we can help you with we can reassure you we have a team of practitioners who dedicate their time and work to treating patients who require referral for certain dental treatments
Please be assured we will only carry out what the patients has been referred to and return your patient to you for ongoing dental care.
STEP 1
Complete referral form. We aim to contact your patient within 48 hours.
STEP 2
We will contact your patient to arrange the consultation and notify you of the date.
STEP 3
You will receive an initial report, which includes prognosis and proposed treatment plan.
